My mission is to assist humans in their work to release trauma and pain, find deeper connection to their bodies/beings and witness their unique expression of life in this world so they can honor how valuable they really are. I help humans understand and connect to their masculine and feminine energies, get out of their heads and into their bodies through somatic energy healing and release captured trauma from their systems, creating a fresh value for their own diversity, a deeper connection to their source and a renewed excitement to be an integral part of this existence.
