I guide women as they move through becoming aware of the stirrings of their souls’ awakening and profound transformation. Through holding a sacred container and offering heart centered facilitation and guided practises I support them in getting aligned with their inner knowing so they can embody all they are here to be. I help them develop tools they can use to become aware of and to hear the yearnings of their hearts and souls. I help them to give their intuitive insights a voice that can be heard above the chatter of the mind.
